2. The Benefits Mastercard Prepaid Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated and the card can be used for eligible expenses wherever Mastercard is accepted.
3. Not everyone qualifies for SSBCI. You will receive a notice letting you know whether you qualify. If you do not qualify, we will provide information on what you can do if you believe you should be eligible.
